At Professional DJ's, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Q: How do I know if the DJ will play music we will like?

A: Once you become a client of ours; You are given access to our music data base and            you pick the music we play your event.

Q: How often can we make changes and when do we have to have the final paperwork in?

A: Details to your event is hosted on our site in which only you will have access too.                 You can do changes up to 24 hours of the event; We want to make sure the DJ is                properly prepared for event. Now, this is your event so last minute changes can be              done with the DJ on site. We just ask that you keep in mind that too many last minute           changes can cause confusion and we want your event to run smoothly.

Q: Do we tip the DJ.

A: That is entirely up to the customer. If he or she really does a good job for you and                you feel they deserve it; We know they appreciate it.
