The Wedding: A wedding is an extremely important event and for some, it is the culmination of lifelong dreams. Beginning at the time of service acceptance, we confer with the client continually to ensure we understand every detail and desire they have for their wedding day. We make it our responsibility to help that dream come true as you, the client has envisioned. We will work closely with you to ensure that the solutions we provide are tailored to meet your unique needs and budget. Remember, your wedding day is suppose to be one of the most important days of your life; Do you really want to trust that day with an inexperienced DJ because he saved you a couple of dollars.
Our role: Most people do not realize what an important role a high-quality DJ plays.
The DJ is responsible for the entire timeline of a wedding reception. It is the DJ’s job from the moment your guests arrive to be interactive, make them feel welcome and have guests seated in time for the Grand Entrance introductions. The DJ is also responsible to queue the toasts and speeches, first dances, the cutting of the cake and ending with everyone having a great time.
Throughout the entire wedding reception the DJ is in contact with the wedding planner to make sure we are bringing your vision of the wedding reception to reality. We are in contact with the catering staff to make sure they know when to pour the drinks for the toast, when to start serving food, or if it is a buffet then we also perform crowd control. We contact the photographer to let them know when certain events are going to occur so that they can be in the right position at the right time. Last but certainly not least - to make sure your guests have a memorable time as well.
Our equipment: It is the top of the line and most up-to-date technology. Our microphones and recording equipment are state of the art. We continually update our music to make sure we have the most current music available. If it is lights you desire, we carry the same equipment you would find in top night clubs and we put on an incredible light show. You are important to us and you can expect us to go the extra mile for you!
